About Me
A goal-oriented academician with students welfare as a key component in career-focused coaching. I have completed more than 25 years of tutoring and coaching sessions in various stem fields (Science, Mathematics, Sport Science, Environmental Studies, and Chemistry). With a solid track record with students from pre-GCSE, MYP, IGCSE to A-Level and IB Diploma. With two decades of teaching experience in profound schools across the globe, I have developed solid tutoring techniques with differentiation in each lesson uniquely tailored to the students. My teaching techniques are robust enough to cope with online teaching.

Rich Success Training was founded over 13 years ago with a vision to deliver world-class education beyond borders. Led by an IB-trained and certified educator with over 30 years of international teaching and assessment experience, the organization is built on strong academic foundations and global expertise.
With experience across prestigious international schools and institutions, including Li Po Chun United World College of Hong Kong and ESF King George V School, Rich Success Training has supported students from Europe, Asia, Australia, and North America.
